Cecily is pretty easy going, but at the same time she gets pretty swept up in her work and she isn’t the biggest fan of combat in any way. She is flirtatious and full of life, and trying to find her place in the world—she is also not at all happy that Lillian Crae is now not only the new CMO, but the new XO of Starbase 12 and it has led to a bitter rivalry.
Physical Description
Cecily has a habit of keeping to herself even though she gets rather animated and flirtatious when she feels in the mood to be. She's rarely ever upset as she loves what she does, so you will always see her wearing a smile on her face as long as Lillian isn’t around. Her blonde hair is normally pulled back into a bun or a braided bun and she is a stickler for a tidy uniform. Off duty, she dresses up and lets her hair down, still as chipper as ever.

History
Cecily Branton is the only child of Grant and Georgia Branton and sometimes she really shows it in how selfish she can be. She always grew up thinking she was going to be the best of the best and somewhere along the way she created a complex for herself and when she was old enough, she enrolled in Starfleet Academy to begin her life as a Cadet. She got high marks and was good at what she did and soon she was on her way to becoming a science officer and a damn good one at that.
The only bump in the road that Cecily seemed to face was Lillian Crae, a younger and more accomplished young woman that drove Cecily crazy. It seemed to her that she was always second best to the medical officer and she always seemed to be serving in the same place, which just furthered their rivalry more and more. That led to Cecily trying harder and a couple of times she found victory over the young Betazoid, taking what she could get and gathering more fuel for the fire later on.
Before the incident, Cecily was promoted to Chief of Science, finally higher up than Lilly on the food chain for what seemed like for the rest of their working careers, and feeling good about herself. Then, tragedy struck and while she mourned, she also found herself swell with hatred when Lillian was promoted not once but twice and the hatred between them simply grew and grew. Now they are forced to work closely together on a regular basis and they have to find the line between their professional and personal lives.
